Genze E202 Need Manual or Steps to Unlock/ Sleep Mode?

Hello ebike fans. My Genze E202 stopped displaying the screen. The battery shows 1/4 charge. When I try to charge the battery (on bike or without the bike), the charger shows green but the battery shows the same charge as before. Any ideas on the manual or steps for this model E202? Can it be in sleep mode?
