If you paid with a credit card, contact the bank and get the charge refunded.

I would contact the seller first and indicate you are requesting a refund and see if that puts a fire under them.

Did they tell you/did you ask if it was in stock? IMHO, you are waiting for a bike like many others. This situation, with very long wait times, is nothing all that unusual.

They do not communicate well. I am just waiting. I do want the bicycle though. Thanks for the response.
