First ride on my Radrover

I got my first ride tonight after replacing the front fork which was damaged during shipping. Rad Power Bikes has excellent customer service and took care of my problem quickly and even sent a reminder when my part got to San Antonio. It was dusk and I just had to try it. My seat was not properly adjusted so I used the throttle to try it. This thing is a blast. I stayed in the neighborhood and got it up to 17 mph backing off the throttle. My gears were factory set at 3 and 7. Hopefully I can try to adjust the seat and try shifting gears tomorrow

Thanks. This is how mine is configured

The bike looks nice and just in time for the warmer spring weather. Any plans for additional mods?

I think the biggest mod right now might be a different seat, but I don't know which one or how to determine if it will fit the bike. I've been browsing. I'm used to a motorcycle seat so the Rad seat works fine but not very comfortable after riding several miles yesterday.

I did the 12.5X11.5 Sunlite Cloud-9 seat and the Suntour SP-12 NCX 27.22mmX350mm suspension seat post. I later upgraded to the Bodyfloat v2.0 with orange springs suspension seatpost to give it a try compared to the Suntour. The Bodyfloat is expensive; but, very good at reducing minor road vibrations the Suntour couldn't reach. Padded bike shorts and thick padded riding gloves are also a good addition to everything else.
