DI2 shift clunks on Ebike

When shifting my DI2 Pivot E-Vault (e-bike), the the shift sometimes clunks. If I ride without electric assist turned on, it always shifts smoothly. I have many years experience shifting and know how to let up on the torque to allow a shift. Perhaps the shift speed of the DI2 is not adjusted well, but it shifts fine without the electric assist on. What do you think i might do to improve the electric assist shifting? shall I try and adjust the DI2 shift speed or something like that.

Might be the overrun of the DriveUnit which causes this. Combined with the fast shifting of the Di2 setup.

the DriveUnit/Motor stops giving support on a calculated manner, so when you stop putting force into the crankset/torque sensor the DU stops the motor, based on a calculation. So when the speed moving forward and the force on the pedals is higher it will delay the cut-off more than when you are going slow or there is almost no force on the pedals. If thy wouldn't do that it would be hard to shift and it would feel very unnatural. So when both the speed and force are high than the motor will run a few milliseconds longer on full speed than when you are going slow and almost no force on the pedals.
