How do the tires look in real life?

Does it look skinny? Compare to the original one?

Okay thanks, I was just curious because you said that one is 26 x 3.5 but original one is 26 x 4.0, so I thought it might look skinnier or something.

Very little difference in looks but night and day on the street.

Here's some fatty street tires that are currently readily available in a 20x4.5"& 20x5.0" sizes.

They come from Super73 direct and are their BDGR "Badger" street tires.

What I find shocking is that people will use their fat tire ebikes on paved or concrete surfaces 90%+ of the time and they'll have knobby tires. I can only guess they do so because they don't know any better. Once you try a high performance street tire on an urban commuting ebike you will never want to see or hear a knobby tire ever again. There is no comparison but maybe knobbies make some feel more macho about their ebike...I don't get it because I don't think most fat tire ebikes are being used off-road.

I have fat knobby tires on two of my ebikes and slick street fatties on one. All three of my ebikes are moped/scramblers. I live in the pacific northwest. Riding trails through inclement weather is the norm in these parts as it is how you get from one community to another.

My one ebike with the slick fatties will have a tire change as soon as the knobbies arrive in the mail. We buy as per terrain and weather, and, I love my knobby tires in the mud, wet leaves and when riding through roadside weather furniture. Knobby tires are what most all ebike riders use in my area.

Agree, my current bike has a 26x4 Knobby on the back and sandstorm on the front, the knobby creates a great deal of noise.
