Did you mean the Tern Cargo Node? Tern no longer make this model, but if you can find a used one it can be converted with a mid-drive.

Or the Bike Friday Ever-e-day is a current model with an optional mid-tail cargo rack and a telescoping frame that can adjust for reach or disassemble, and like the Tern HSD/ & GSD models can store upright on the rack.
