EVELO compass frame/fork off center

Hello,
I received my Evelo Compass 5 days ago with a front frame/fork that is off center (see photo) I immediately notified Evelo with 4 subsequent emails and the lack of response is deafening. I did hear once from support suggesting a repair option that could take weeks. No one picks up in the office if I call and goes to a voice prompt "all agents are busy with other callers leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours". Finally I did an online request to return the bike and am waiting a reply. My hesitation/fear of purchasing from an online supplier seems to be warranted. Any one else have a negative experience with EVELO?
