Enviolo regulation screws what do they do

I wonder what those screws under enviolo manette on handle bar do ?

what happens when I turn those ? There are two I guess why

There are two holes, but only one screw; removing that screw opens up the shifter for replacing the cables.

ah ok, so there's no adjustments, tightening the knob or anything ?
asking because mine has some loose gap, where i can twist without efect, up and down, was thinking if i can tighten to make it more stiff

I'd check the barrel adjusters. If you tug on the housing, it should move about 1-2mm in/out of the adjuster. If it's moving more than that, turn each adjuster anticlockwise in even increments until you reach that sweet spot.
