Engwe 2 pro, display error.

I have a brand new Engwe 2 pro, that startet in display with 19p.
I have manager to changecthis to Pp, but are stocked. Engwe support is not excisting, so I Hope some one in here know what to do.
I have search for many thins, etc if the bike could be reset. But so far no succes.

I get this fixed y holding the ÷ and I buttom for more than 10 sec. Type 1313 and pres i one time.
That should bring you to mainstream menu
