EnergyPak Fit and Removal Tips

My EnergyPak 500 in my 2020 Fathom E+ Pro, fits really tightly in it's space, which is both a good thing and a bad thing.

Good - very little dust and no apparent moisture ingress.

Bad - it's a bugger to get out.

Note - I live in a full winter scenario - bike is outside in non-heated garage, but battery always comes inside.
I use the key to release the latch and use my fingernails to pry the cover at the top to get it to release and it's pretty hard.
Anyone figured out how to make this easier?

I know that not everyone has this setup, but I'm sure there are others experiencing the similiar.

TIA for any hints

Randall... It is perhaps because of the fact you store your e-bike outside. My garage is at some +8C, and I never (repeat) never had any issue to remove any of the two batteries from my Trance E+...

To be honest, even in the summer it was fairly difficult to get out. I think that's how the battery cover got broken initially.
Once again - I'm certainly OK with it being tighter rather than looser, but if anyone has developed a trick to make it simpler to remove, then I am game to try.

These tight tolerances must be specific to your own e-bike, Randall, not in general. If you need, I might make a short video in the morning to demonstrate I experience no issues with mine.
