Can't comment on those two in particular. It's more expensive but we recently took delivery of the 20" Bixtrik Stunner LT for my 5' wife. Very happy with it. We also rented/rode the RadMini Step-Thru 2's and she was very comfortable on that too. Rode them around town and up/down some steep hills on Catalina Island for a couple hours. Convinced us that we should get our own e-bikes!!
