The FAA is worse to deal with than the IRS or the EPA. They rank right up there with the FDA. The FAA has for years thumbed their noses at the EPA over leaded gasoline. Virtually all piston aircraft still burn leaded gasoline. A teaspoon of lead in every gallon of gas drifting down on our heads. It was proven 50 years ago that lead was corrosive to gasoline engines. E bikes are pretty safe from competition from flying platforms.
