So I have an ebkarocy ebike from amazon, but I bought it third party, it ran good for about 2 months but then the battery wouldn't charge so I thought it had something to do with the controller so fiddled with it and I ended up finding out that it was just the charger, but then another problem came up, no matter the speed I selected it would go at 8 miles an hour. On this bike the 3 speed is built into the LCD display that it comes with, I checked to see if it had something to do with the p0 settings but it wasn't because I have reset them to default, I'm pretty positive that I have the controller wired correctly but maybe there's something I'm not seeing. I'm new to ebikes so I don't really know what to do, if someone has experience with this bike or any knowledge on how to fix it pleases let me know what I can do for you to better assess the problem, thank you. I will send photos if needed.
