Mtnm - I think most bikes with a traditional drive train, including e-bikes, should not be left on it's right side, as it is very easy to bend the derailleur hanger or cause other drive train issues.
I didn't mean for my comment to be interpreted as laying the bike on the ground, just over to the side. I should have been more specific about this, so sorry for any confusion.
When laid over onto it's side (supported), left and right. I wash/hose very carefully from the underside up, and avoid any water at all getting onto the centre of the hub. By doing this, there is no chance of water getting into of the vulnerable parts.
I hope that the above makes sense, but it probably doesn't.
