I have a XC100 which the hub motor died and the battery key mechanism crumbled does anyone know of part numbers for these I would like to get my brand new bike repaired

Sadly that may be an adventure. I'd try [email protected] And hope for the best. You might retitle the post Eahora XC100 ebike. Add a picture as well. How many wires to the switch? Photo?
The XC100 "all inclusive" warranty is for one year. How long have you had yours? How many miles?
