My wife's rack-mounted battery has had the middle segment lit for 4 days, and when the charger is attached, it shows a steady red light. I had left about a 75% charge on it for the past 3 cold months, and it is kept indoors. We went for a 10 mile ride and everything was fine. When I turned off the power, the middle battery light stayed on. I am unable to turn off that segment. I tried running down the charge while it was on the repair rack, but after 9 more miles, the display is still showing a full charge and 37 miles left to go, which is the usual maximum distance. The battery is less than 2 years old and has probably had the equivalent of less than 100 full charges. The 2016's have only a one year battery warranty. I'll be making the 2 hour run to the dealer this week to have them check it out. In the meantime, has anyone experienced this, or know what could be causing it?
