E trike from Mobility4less

Replacing controller for etrike from Mobility4less. old controller constant fault code 30H. I am replacing display and controller. Have programed controller no fault codes. New controller/picture/ has anti theft, how to bypass? Power Red and Black, also connector with orange, green, blue, See attachment. I am frustrated, No good customerservice from Mobility4less Help

I have everything wired, run self test, motor runs but not engaged. Throttle does not operate.
