E-bike that seats two but not tandem

I have to say for the passenger in the back, a higher seat is the most comfortable, if you mean two adults. Typical bikes have a high seat for the rider and a low rear rack for carrying people in the back. Think of you sitting back there with your view completely blocked by the person in front of you and having to bend over and bend your legs. I think it would only be a short ride, more than 3 miles the passenger in the back would not be able to handle it. Bikes that have higher rear rack design I know the Radrunner, but consider the weight of 2 people on its motor that can't climb a hill and the passenger in the back would need to walk up the hill. I'm also riding another roll road emma 3, 1500w motor, 400lbs capacity(cannot remember clearly) it has a bench seat and can carry 2 adults, but it has to be 2 moderately sized adults.
