Don't Break That Controller!

I've got a Bulls E-Stream EVO3 FS with a damaged controller. I let my son ride it since his bike was in the shop for a fork repair. Unfortunately, he had a bad crash (he's OK) but my bike is pretty banged up. The controller apparently took a direct hit on a rock of some sort. The LCD is badly damaged and is not functional. For the time being, the assist up and down switches still work, so the bike is still usable. Just can't see the display.

Be warned, a new replacement controller from Bulls is $240!
