DOA Ancheer Blue Spark

Just got an Ancheer bike delivered today. Everything is connected, the 36v battery has 41.5v, nothing works. Display won't turn on. All 3 green lights are lit on the battery. There's no on/off switch on the battery.
Anyone have any clues before having to deal with Ancheer? I work on electrical and mechanical stuff both. There was only one thing to connect, the display.
