In a population of humans a useful mutation gives you an advantage so that mutation is more likely to become a normal part of the species.

Lactose tolerance. Which interestingly has happened twice: once in eastern or central Europe and once (much later) in east Africa.

You mean the 10 moral guides to prevent regrets, harm, disease, and often death and sometimes sure death . In ever single case . So if those are a joke where do you get your moral compass from? Maybe what others do ? So you worship other humans ? That's reality yah know . If you obey the laws and you deny there's a God . You are obedient to other men . Same goes for the so called Morals you claim to have . What man created them ? It's him you worship. Personally I'd rather worship God .
Religion or religious people practice rituals . Catholics call them Sacraments , Muslims call then Pillars , etc . Those are mainly reciting nonsense 20-30-40 or more times Depending on your sins that week . That's religion made up by men : After all why would a Being powerful enough to take your breath away instantly need you to recite to him? Over and over teh same stuff day after day all the days you are alive . People involved in that are as Lost as Atheists are .
To pretend there's no judgement makes no sense . Or are you going to tell me the person who took that little sweet precious 8 year old girl and raped and tortured and brutally killed her . While she hopelessly cried for her Mommy or daddy . Has nobody he'll answered to ??

Basically virtually every advantage started as a mutation , I guess he expects us to be able to list everyone over the last million years otherwise he says there's no proof, yet ironically he's proud of his religious faith that, by definition, is based on believing something even without evidence. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying people shouldn't be religious just that promoting religion while criticizing science for a lack of evidence is ....... special

You answered your own question: people NEED to believe there will judgement for people that commit heinous acts AND that the 8 year old is in a better place. I get that , I can see where the parents may be comforted somewhat by that but that makes me all the more skeptical. The story fits all those needs ( including the fear of death) , I say God should instantly send the murderer to hell but he doesn't, why? ...oh ya....works in mysterious ways....

I included lactose tolerance (or more precisely lactase persistence) because it is simple and easy to understand. You could argue about FOXP2 but that gets complicated fast, even though obviously something important happened there that was a Big Deal for humans (probably it was related to our ability to have a sophisticated language, but again probably).

These 14,000 Christians attending Church every week for 6 months Must be supernaturally protected . :) LOL Which is it . They are in teh worse area and nobody has gotten ill . How is that possible . In fact how is it possible that none of the churches staying open dispute the Gov's silly orders are sick . Now there have been plenty of the Apostate Churches that preach what the World wants to hear. There's been deaths there . Even though they are all closed . That's why people hate us so much . Because we serve a Real God . Not pretend one like you all pretend to believe

Actually, dark skin / melanin to protect against sun, changes in fur or feathers for camouflage, the list is endless - Evolution happens by Genetic mutation which simply means change to adapt

So is there any harmful mutation that became fixed, anyhow?
And does that mean that before there was darker skin there was lighter skin, then a mutation occurred that was useful?

Sure there are harmful mutations that still exist , not sure what you mean by "fixed" though. I assume you're not genuine in your questions though. Probably more likely you're like one if those who ask "where is the missing link between humans and _____ species?" . Then when that's found you ask "well where is the link between the newly discovered species and humans". And so on and so on
