Hi , I will be posting my reviews of my Kalkhoff 3B Move 2020 bike Here

The first 100 mile review top quality manufacture bike but with my weight of 16 stones the performance line motor
Struggles somewhat on steep hills in lower gears
Think a speedbox (3) is required as my last Kalkhoff was from Europe so de- restricted and allowed a speed of 20 + mph
to be achieved and felt a little more powerful up steep hills
I will update when fitted and used

Speedbox 3 fitted , noted display / controller showing much reduced mileage down from 45 miles on turbo mode to 23 miles with speedbox activated after first use so I am limited to 20 miles approx round trip though a more speedy ride averaging 18/ 20 mph on a flat road .

Battery failed ( 400 watt ) completely switched out unable to charge from frame point or directly to battery when detached, replacement battery supplied everything now working ok but no longer using Speedbox as think this may have been part or all of the problem as error codes appeared on my display before the battery died .

New 500 w battery working fine for two weeks then new fault intermittent controller powering off and electric assist cutting out, battery charges fine from internal connection but not from frame connection also now powered off-permanently and unable to switch on enable electric power assist ,bike returned to supplier for diagnostics and hopeful fix as still under warranty
