CrossCurrent S2 Tires and Tube Size

Hello and Happy and safe Labor Day weekend.
My question is about the CCS2.
What is the Widest tire size that will fit on the stock CCS2 rim with adequate room between the forks ( front and rear ) ? Also what tube size would be needed with the wider tire ? Please leave a link to the tires and tubes with your suggestions. Thanks.

I would recommend a 700C x 50c (28" x 2") tire like the Schwalbe Big Ben... specifically rated for eBikes.
You can use your existing tubes and the tire will provide a more comfortable ride with better handling.

Some riders will want to fit a wider tire. The next widest tires with the 50 km/h e-bike rating is the Schwalbe Big Ben Plus.
This tire is slightly wider at 28” x 2.00” and has a different tread pattern.
We did a fit test and can confirm that it works perfectly with the CCS/CCX.

The Big Ben Plus is a great optional tire choice, but keep in mind that it offers a little less puncture protection at 3mm compared to the Marathon Plus at 5mm of added puncture protection.
