Cross posting

I'm having an issue with a Shimano E-Tube app used for turning a mobile phone into a display. I've posted on 'Parts and Accessories' forum, but maybe the Shimano forum is more appropriate. Is it possible to 'cross post' on both? How? Or move a post?
