Creak on CrossCurrent S2

Tightened damn near everything on the bike. The sound developed the second time I rode the bike and has been there everyday since. I applied grease to the pedals. Lubed the chain. Still creaks. I did notice after regreasing the pedals the left one seemed a bit stripped. Not bad just hard to get started.

It does not creak when using throttle only. the creak sound is there regardless of which side I pedal on. Here is a video of the noise. Hopefully an easy fix?

Seat post is my guess, either where the seat attaches to the top, or where the seat post is inserted in the frame. On the Crosscurrent X there is a thin collar around the seat post and I think that could cause creaking if the binder is not tight enough. Might want to check it out.

Thanks for the tip. Definitely not the seat post. Seems to be coming from the pedal or crank area. I might have to get a bike stand. I’m very new to bikes maintenance.
