Cover for motor when transporting on car

I have a Haibike with a Bosch motor. When I transport the bike on my car, should I be putting a waterproof cover on the motor? If so, has anyone done this and where could I get a cover?

Maybe you can cover the whole bike to protect the electronics. Last winter, while diving to Florida, I saw two bikes covered with form fitting covers on a platform rack. It was -10F at the time. I don't know where they got those covers, but I've not seen anything close on a Google search.

Mine were inside my minivan.

Yes, I found my Bosch motor covers when traveling with bike on rack , at Motostrano.com. 2 pieces. I use the small one when cleaning bike while on bike stand.

Magura offers Bosch specific component covers made by German company Fahrer, which can all be seen on their online site here.
