Convert RCS to Hyperfat ?

On casual inspection, it looks like the 2 bikes are the same except for:

1) Rear wheel / motor
2) Speed controller
3) Tires

Anything else different?

Wouldn't want the slicks, but might consider the extra power an interesting option.

I'd say the Hyperfat 1100 ought to have better brakes given the potential speeds, but they look the same (the ones on my RCS are horrible).
