That's the adapter that you attach to the underside of your trunk bag/box.

Thanks, Ravi. I actually have one of these. As @antboy pointed out this converts a non-racktime basket or bag to work with a racktime rack.
I am looking to convert an integrated Riese & Muller Delite Mountain rack with no racktime fittings, to be able to accept the Racktime bag and basket that I used on my Homage, which is being sold soon.

Personally, I've never seen a simple adapter plate that can be added to the rack to make it RackTime compatible.
I was tempted to either buy the ClipIt, and repurpose the top plate on fixed rack, then started sketching out my own adapter, but ended up selling the bike that didn't have RackTime, so stopped.
If you don't mind switching systems, I believe the KLICKfix that @GuruUno linked to has the same screw placement as the SnapIts on your existing bag/basket.
EDIT to add: From researching a couple of years ago, you MIGHT be able to find a plate that is both MiK and RackTime compatible. I remember coming across something like this, but I don't recall who made it.
I wish there was one system out there for them all. To be honest, I'm half tempted to convert all 3 bikes to Topeak, because that seems to rule to roost here in North America.

Yes, thanks for sharing your thoughts and explorations. I already have the bags and baskets I need, I just need to figure out how to attach them to an existing rack. I do have a racktime beam rack that mounts with a seatpost clamp. In the case of the Delite, that would entail removing the nicely built lower Seat tube mounted factory rack. I would rather adapt that to accept my bags and basket. It has been done before. The guy in Germany had to take it off and weld some tubes into the rack. So, it is an involved process.

I used a similar approach to attach my collection of Bontrager Interchange bags to my e-bike rear rack. These insulated cable clamps work very well. They are sturdy and don't mar the bike finish:

It isn't pretty but the scheme has worked for 3 seasons and over 3000 miles without any issues.
