Hello All!

New to the ebike world. Looking for a commuter primarily, occasional weekend use as well.

Commute: 2.5 miles or 7 miles. All flat, some lights, nowhere on the commute has a speed limit higher than 35.

Me: 6’5 320 pounds. The weight should come down a bit but that’s where it is now.
What might you recommend? Fat tire or no? Juiced bikes have looked interesting but unsure. Any help most appreciated! Have a great day!

I would take a look at the Day 6 line of comfort bikes - they are a favorite for big and tall guys.

Juiced makes a 22" (XXL) frame that's why you'll see it recommended for taller guys. Stromer does as well. You don't really want to try to make a smaller frame work for you. It's a recipe for disappointment.

An ex-demo Pedego City Commuter can be had from Crazy Lenny’s for $1500 plus a couple of hundred dollars shipping. Nice commuting accessories, 36v geared hub motor is fine on flat ground though you might want to consider paying more to upgrade to the 48v motor for more torque, and a sturdy frame with 12 gauge spokes, check they have the large frame size for you.

I'm also looking for an e-bike for tall people (35" inseam). Juiced bikes have a XL frame (no XXL any more). I think the XL would probably be ok.
Are there any other XL or XXL frame e-bikes?

Check out these threads https://electricbikereview.com/forums/threads/the-best-electric-bikes-for-large-people.22763/
and

I’d consider getting a Workcycles FR8 from J C Lind and convert it with a mid-drive kit motor https://www.jclindbikes.com/workcycles-fr8.html

Or you could get an extended seat post and stem riser

Thanks, I reviewed the articles and I could modify the bike as you mentioned. still looking around to see. Juiced still has 20" XL but 22" XXL isn't available now.

Just an option.. .
If you're mechanically inclined, and if you know a non-ebike that fits you well, you can get a conversion kit.

no, I'm lazy and I admit it (with a little bit of mechanical inclination, but not much). I found Eahora XC200, Ecotric Hammer, and
M2SBikes 750 have huge frame sizes to choose from. The Hammer seems the cheapest and my preference as it has seat suspension and cruiser handlebars.
