Charging Problems

Hey guys got a 2020 Giant Reign E+2 a few weeks ago and everything was going well.

Now when I charge it, it doesn't go past 60% I've done roughly 10 full charges since purchase and can't find too much on my issue.

Previously the charger would blink green then go solid once full. Now it goes solid green and there is a large solid red indicator next to it.

Also in the app it's saying my battery health is 99%

Any help is appreciated.

Have the dealer check the charger

Just last week my charger less than 6 months old started flashing red,green,red,green when charging. Had another charger just like it worked fine. In my situation it was the charger that went bad.

Sounds like a warranty issue with the charger or battery. I'd suggest taking it in to your Giant dealer.
