What bike ? what is your goal? that mostly determines if a particular point is a pro or con .

Your speedometer will be off.
Angle of attack will change
Your pedal/crank will be lower, and more easily hit the ground

Doesn't adjusting the wheel size in the computer/setup fix the speed/distance aspects?

But note - just because your crank is lower it doesn’t mean it’s longer.
