Changing the speed of a Surface604 Rook to 25 mph?

I'm considering the Surface604 Rook vs the Surface604 Shred the only hang up I have is the Rook is slower, it appears that they share a common display/controller, finally my questions; can the Rook be reprogramed for 25 MPH? If it can, what steps are required to make the change?

As long as you have the code, you can reset speed. The motor in the Shred is a lot stronger and has more amps flowing to it. Not sure you'll be able to reach the 25 mph easily on the Rook.
