Changing the bar height/position on ebikes (list your projects here)

I have had some trouble determining just how far up and back (maximum; nothing less) our Peak and Dash handlebars can be adjusted. My guess is that other riders would like to know the same with or without rerouting/replacing wires or cables.

Please share what you know about the specific products that you used or any tricks you discovered to either move or put new bars on your bike (any manufacturer/model). Thanks!
