After dropping the chain for the dozenth time when I hit a pothole, I got annoyed and took it back to the dealer to see if he had a fix.
I had heard that there was a piece added to the 2015 models that keeps the chain on the chainring, and was quite pleased to discover that there are bolt-holes for it on my 2014 Turbo - two holes on the seat-tube inside the chainring, meant to mount this black plastic piece. It took about 5 minutes to bolt it on, and Problem Solved.

I haven't had the chain drop (yet) but I checked my 2014 Turbo S and there are two threaded inserts where you said they would be. I had mine in for a display issue and the shop commented my chain was already 75% of max stretch after only 600 miles. It's good to know we have a fix if it's needed.
 
No such bolt holes on MY13. That sounds like a lot of streching after only 600 miles. Mine must be way past that with 1000 miles more.
 
I was annoyed by losing my chain too (usually while pedaling over a bump) so I went to my local store to look.

Sure enough, as described above the 13s have nothing, the 14s (including mine) have holes, and the 15s have the little plastic guard. So I asked about it, and they ordered me one ($10) and it arrived a few days later.

Easy enough to put on, though it came with a lot of extra washers (10 washers; 3 different types!). It's adjustable so you can get it really close to the chain to help make sure it doesn't come off...but then, if it ever did anyway, you couldn't get it back on with the guard so close.

Thanks for posting this. My chain didn't drop too often, but it always seemed to happen at inopportune times (e.g. while changing gears in the middle of a busy intersection). It was less than $10 at my local bike shop and only took a few minutes to put on my 2014 Turbo S - as you say "problem solved".

I was going to do what ya'll have done, but I've noticed that lubing the chain every 100km stops it from dropping off.
 
As my chain start to wear, it was dropping more frequently. I went for the ten dollar accessory. I try to keep the chain lubed but at 40 miles for a rt commute it's more like every 300 miles or 500 kilometers.
