I don't own this rack, so I can't endorse it. I've seen many discussions here about the high price of car bike racks that can handle the weight of an ebike. I happened upon this rack online and I wanted to report here.

I would also factor in the tow vehicle limits along with the 3-bike hitch limits. Don't want to max out the tongue weight of the hitch with 3 bikes and overloading the hatch area with passengers+gear. I still have to reduce the passengers and/or cargo weight as I increase the weight hanging off the hitch for my mid-size SUV with a 500lbs tongue weight with 5000 lbs of towing.
