I had the opportunity to test ride a 2019 Cannondale Quick Neo. LOVED it.
Hybrid with flat handle bars, carbon front fork. Class 1 with Bosch motor, 500 wh battery and mfg said only 39 lbs. I found it to be agile, responsive and powerful on hills. It was black with striking red trim.
Unfortunately it only came in high step frame and the small size was just a smidgon too high for my vertically challenged legs. I thought long and hard about how to make it work but frame size is really not “shrinkable”.

Also, Cannondale makes a road bike that is well received in the market (forgot the name).
