Can Vado 3.0 be used with bike trainer?

I live in WI and the weather is bad in the winter. The Vado is my only bike. Wondering if it can be used with a trainer so I don’t have to purchase an additional bike? Any info would be helpful.

Heck yes it can be used. I'm a huge fan of the Kinetic Rock n Roll trainers, they actually allow you to rock side to side when out of the saddle. There's a thru axle option (you want the fine thread option) and they work great.

Set up most of our clients on their product and they're great.

Thank you for the info. So I can use any trainer with fine thread through axel, correct?
What do you do that set up clients with the trainer? Can you recommend a trainer that is $150-$300? I spent a grip on the bike and spend 500 on the trainer.
Thanks in advance

If you don't want a smart trainer I'd definitely encourage their "rock n roll" model fluid trainer. You can upgrade to the smart resistance unit down the road if you'd like.

Get that one and make sure to get the Turntable front wheel chock so you can rock the bike back and forth. I know that trainer is over budget but it's well worth it.

Edit: Correct, with their fine axle you can use most trainers, but the cheap ones aren't wide enough for the rear boost spacing of the Vado/Como. The trainer I listed above works like a dream.
