Can I run my 36 volt e bike motor with a 48 volt battery?

I have an 36 volt L-faster e bike conversion kit (I don’t know recommend wattage or rpms) I want to run it with a 48 volt lithium ion battery pack (I included some pictures of reviews and the product, it’s still in transport). The kit includes a controller that containsis 50 volt capacitors (images included) which may be too low for the battery I can probably just solder on some bigger ones. Is there anything stopping me from using this battery? Will the battery stop powering the motor at a certain rpm, will the controller not allow that much voltage, current etc. I think that my thumb throttle may limit the power output to the motor in some way. This is my first e bike build and also my biggest build in general, I’m not any expert in electronics or engineering, just a person who wants a fun bike. I appreciate your help. 😁

Usually not. 48v batteries charge to 54.6 at 100%, which exceeds your capacitor rating.
Buy the battery that matches your power wheel, or buy a new power wheel that matches your battery.
 
What happens when you put more voltage on a capacitor than its rated value is that it will dry out and vent. Guaranteed that eventually your controller will quit working. In the meantime, it will run. You could replace the capacitors.

Your kit is a brushed motor. Your controller changes motor speed by modulating the battery voltage to the motor. No experience with brushed motors, but I would expect greater wear at 48V.

WIth due respect, the label on your battery is a lie, You're not getting 22AH out of a 60 euro battery, especially when the battery is not much bigger than the charger. The pictures suggests either a 26 cell (13x2) or a 39 cell pack (13x3). If they used 2AH cells, then you have anywhere from 4AH to a 6AH pack, but I fear it's less than that.

Included in the images is a review that tested the battery at < 3.6Ah,, Soo ya. Don't buy anything from the people selling that battery.
 
I always derate, I figure a 6 parallel-13S will come in close to 15 amps with good cells.
