Bulls Evo FS3 charging issue.

I just got an FS3 last week and I am having issue recharging the battery. I tried charging the Brose battery on and off the bike. Every time I plug the charger into the battery, I can hear the relay toggle on and off four times then the charger light indicator starts to flash red and green alternatively.

Do I have a defective battery or charger or is there a specific sequence that I have to do to charge he battery.

Have seen this issue before. Looks like a defective charger.
Make sure the magnetic pins aligned and the charger is connected to the battery first and then to the wall outlet.

Thank you. Will take it back to the dealer and get it swapped out.
