2016 E-Stream Evo#+FS battery not fully charging any more. How long will it last? Suggestions for battery rebuilder.

When charging my 2016 Bulls Bikes E-Stream Evo3+FS,...When the battery gets to about 70 or 80% of capacity,..the 5 LEDs on the battery begin flashing. They will flash together about 20 times, then the 5th LED will flash 3 times and the cycle of flashing repeats. I sent a video of this to Bulls Bikes USA, and they responded that the battery a model #27345 is no longer available, and no thoughts on a battery rebuild. So,.....wondering,.....anyone else had this sequence of flashing LED lights, and if so,....how long did the battery last before total failure,.......and/or anyone have a suggestion for rebuilding the battery pack
