Hi Chip, did you have to modify caliper mounts or is this a remove and replace upgrade?

Both the disc rotor & the caliper mount were replaced.

Looks like a nice two-piece rotor design... what brand/model did you go with?

Brand is "Snail" Ebay special. I also bought a Tektro brand caliper adapter

Well done... how does the performance compare to Shimano's two-piece rotors?

If you have a Cheetah and are running the stock Tektro metallic pads, don't be afraid to try some aftermarket semi-metallic pads.
I just installed a set of "Jagwire" pads and they are significantly quieter and stop with alot more authority. I got them from Amain cycle for about
$30. Cheap & obvious upgrade. We'll see how long they last.
