Brake issues

I have a 2020 Sport and am wondering about the brakes. I’m attaching photos of both front and rear brake assemblies. The front brake has the pin bent so it won’t come out and the rear pin is loose and not bent. Should I try to bend the pin. Also, the brake pads assembly seems bent as well. Is this normal? Any help appreciated.

Bend the pin for sure, to prevent it from sliding out of place.

The other piece is a spring of sorts. If the brake is working as it should, it's fine.

As Al states... Bend the cotter pin in photo 1 to match that in photo 2. This keeps the pads in place
The spring metal between the pads in photo 2 looks OK as well. This keeps the pads separated and returns them to the resting position after you apply the brakes

This can help you understand.
