Hello, greetings all, completely new here...
Being a retard i loaned my bike to my cousin who washed it with a high pressure washer ...
The display shows "Error code 500". As warranty is out of question, a guy who has a diagnostic kit hooked it up and cleared the error, yet it keeps reappearing each time i start it up.
Being an automation engineer i took the guts to take it apart and held it in silica gel for a week and treated the pcb with contact spray. Still same results. The torque sensor is ok as if i disconnect it the "Error code 510" appears immediately (Internal sensor error). I've found a used one on e-bay with around 350 euros which under the current circumstances would have been perfect, but it got sold and i haven't found any other. Since a new drive unit is around 700 euro (kind of much for the average human, taking in consideration the hell i went trough to gather the money for the bike itself) i'm desperately asking for anyone's help for my issue.
There is no oxidation, rust or burned components inside the unit.
The part number is: bosch 0 275 007 027 and i'll attach some photos.
Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks in advance, have a nice afternoon.
Sz.
