I'd just be happy to have a system whereby I could lock up my bike and have it still there when I got back. This is the single biggest impediment to using my bike in town more.

I would have to agree that security must accomplished first. I have major range anxiety covered by excessive battery purchases. Having a secure place to charge would make my bike useable for many more errands. Even 1 car replaceable for our 2 car family.
