Bosch ebike mid motor noise performance cx

Hello i have a video of my ebike motor making weird noise. Anyone know how to fix this? I tried turning the cranks with no chain still makes the same noise. Here is the video link :

Does it make the same noise when you take of the chain and rotate the cranks?
Noise might be coming from worn out bearings.

Yes when i take the chain off it still makes the same noise.

It only has 3.4 thousand kilometers on the bike

If it is under warranty take it to the dealer they will most likely change the motor with a new one. I dont know if its under warranty becoose i had the bike since 2017. Is there any other cheaper solution

Oh, bosch warranties the motors for 2 years I believe but still check your dealer. Sometimes they may make an exception.

Bearing replacement is significantly cheaper than buying a new motor. If you are handy diy is an option. Here is a video

Could this be not a bearing issue because mine doesn't sound like that? It has a squeaking noise and it only started yesterday.
