Its decent and gets the job done. I like how the bag locks to the rack so its easy on easy off.

Love my Arkel trunk bag/panniers. I went for their TailRider trunk bag and a pair of The Shopper. The Shopper is great because when not in use it collapses down to a very thin profile and when it is in use it holds a lot of stuff. Great bags.
