A Belgian brand Bike43 features a ‘foot box’ for a child passenger, Shimano Steps motors, a smaller rear wheel to lower the passenger deck, and a range of Internal Geared Hub options. This is an EU market model as shown by both the 15mph top speed and advertising a Steco Maxi-Cosi baby car seat adapter can be bolted to the rear rack.
