Bike Turns Off

We have a customer that has a Transcend that has a problem with shutting off after pedaling a short distance. It now is getting a red light on the display when it shuts off now. We ran the test with the usb dongle and it shows no issues. Getting a hold of tech support now days is almost impossible and sometimes I find an answer here quicker than the factory.

It would be easier to help if we had more information.

What kind of voltages are you reading from the battery?
