Blix Dubbel or KBO Ranger are similar alternatives.
Of the three (including RadRunner) I'd recommend the Blix Dubbel because it has stronger hydraulic disk brakes vs the mechanical disk brakes on the other two. Also get a front basket to carry your stuff, and the mesh wheel guards together with the passenger seat pad and foot pegs.

I was looking into a Blix Dubble as well. The dual battery option is nice. The rear pegs on the RadRunner sit so high that it'd be cramped for a taller passenger. Not sure how the Dubble pegs sit. Higher, lower or the same?
