We have 2 Auroras, 350 mi. We never get a charge of 100percent, 95 Is the highest. The top end of the charge goes down fast and the bottom end slow. Was at 9 percent and went several miles before it reduced to 8 percent. The top end can drop from 95 to 89 in the first mi or so.

I keep both of our evelo’s on voltage not percentage ( easy to set in the display) it’s a much better way of tracking the state of charge.

I have a Evelo Compass trike with 2 batteries, and see the same charging/% usage pattern on the display as you describe. This trike is only a month old, so I don't have a lot of experience or mileage with it yet as it has only been ridden about 150 miles so far. But from what I can tell, the range on a fully charged battery is about what was advertised/estimated by Evelo, so I haven't worried about it and assume it is just the way the electronics and display work.

I had the same erratic reading and fast reduction in the display reading. I sent the display back to Evelo and they did a software update and that fixed the issue for me. They stated it was only a display issue and not the battery.
